There is excellent public transport access to downtown Hamburg via various bus lines and the S-Bahn.
The bus stop “Langelohstraße Nord” is 50 meters from the house.
With bus line 392, you can be by the Elbe and at the HVV ferry terminal Teufelsbrück in about 10 minutes.
The nearest S-Bahn stop is called Hochkamp and can be reached by bus in 4 minutes.
It is a flat-rate rental, including all additional costs such as electricity and internet.
Including electricity, water, heating, and other ancillary costs, the total comes to €3,590 per month, all in.
If needed, an additional parking space is available at €70.
I personally live in the farmhouse part of the complex.
The properties are physically separated either by a hedge or, upon request, by a wooden fence.
A parking space on the property can be negotiated for special vehicles.
Guest parking spaces in the evenings and on weekends, as well as loading zones for unloading groceries, are available directly at the entrance.
In the side street and the parallel street, you can always park free of charge and without any worries.
The house is equipped with everything you need for living.
