The beautiful Gründerzeit house, built in 1910, is connected at the rear to a farmhouse from 1766, which is separated from the garden by a hedge.

The house is fully equipped for 6–8 people, with towels, bedding, dishes, etc.

The house can be rented indefinitely or on short- to medium-term agreements, either furnished or unfurnished.

On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, the dining room, and a guest bathroom, as well as the living room with access to the garden and terrace.

On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom and the master bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and a bathtub. In addition, there is a (pass-through) room on this floor that can be used as a dressing room or an additional bedroom with one or two single beds and a charming balcony.

On the top floor, you will find a sleeping and playroom along with a spacious shower room.

On the property, there is a generous shed for bicycles, tables, chairs, and equipment.

The residential complex is located in the Elbe-adjacent district of Alt-Osdorf, surrounded by thatched roof houses and (former) farmhouses, where an urban location meets a rural living experience.

Various leisure opportunities are available in the area (Hamburger Poloclub, GTHGC, SVB) and many parks (Jenischpark, Wesselhöftpark, Hessepark, Schinkelspark) are nearby.

Shopping:

Various shopping options are available within walking distance in the center of Alt-Osdorf as well as in the Elbe Shopping Center. Everything can be reached on foot in 3 to 15 minutes. A pharmacy, doctors, a supermarket, a drugstore, a coffee roastery with café, and a very good ice cream parlor can all be reached on foot within approximately 300 meters.

Transportation:

There is excellent public transport access to downtown Hamburg via various bus lines and the S-Bahn.

The bus stop “Langelohstraße Nord” is 50 meters from the house.

With bus line 392, you can be by the Elbe and at the HVV ferry terminal Teufelsbrück in about 10 minutes.

The nearest S-Bahn stop is called Hochkamp and can be reached by bus in 4 minutes.

It is a flat-rate rental, including all additional costs such as electricity and internet.

Including electricity, water, heating, and other ancillary costs, the total comes to €3,590 per month, all in.

If needed, an additional parking space is available at €70.

I personally live in the farmhouse part of the complex.

The properties are physically separated either by a hedge or, upon request, by a wooden fence.

A parking space on the property can be negotiated for special vehicles.

Guest parking spaces in the evenings and on weekends, as well as loading zones for unloading groceries, are available directly at the entrance.

In the side street and the parallel street, you can always park free of charge and without any worries.

The house is equipped with everything you need for living.

It includes a 7 kg washing machine, a 7 kg dryer (separate), a dryer/storage area in the basement, kitchen appliances, dishes, beds, bedding, towels, hairdryers, tables, chairs, sofas, a television, a Bose sound system, garden furniture with a parasol and cushions…
