The building is quiet and clean. In the immediate vicinity there are several bus stops, Altona Train Station, the Ottensen pedestrian zone, various supermarkets, laundromats, gyms, restaurants, etc.

The Elbe beaches (sandy beaches) are approximately a 10-minute walk from the building.

Renting is exclusively available to singles (unmarried individuals) –

students, trainees, interns, doctoral candidates.

Larger apartments (>25 m²) may exceptionally also be rented to young (under 37) professionals in permanent positions.

Larger apartments (>25 m²) can also be rented by couples; in this case, the gross warm rent will be EUR 100 per month higher (due to increased costs for water, sewage, waste disposal, etc.).

Renting to individuals who receive benefits from the Jobcenter/social services is not possible.
