You’ll have a large entry hall furnished with a desk, a 50s chair, and acoustic panels. A metal cabinet emphasizes the industrial look – and in the living/dining room you’ll find three large windows that let in plenty of sunlight and light.

The spacious leather sofa invites you to enjoy a cozy TV or reading evening – as does a vintage leather armchair complete with a cozy fur and cushions. The fitted kitchen has been equipped with new appliances and a black countertop – a small seating area with two chairs and a little breakfast table nicely completes the kitchen!

The very large bathroom has a washing machine and a pleasant shower – along with towels and a laundry basket.

The bedroom, with its large window, also brings in plenty of light, and it includes a new bed (1.40 m wide and 2 m long) as well as a wardrobe for storage. The new blackout curtain darkens the room when needed. The huge bamboo lamp hangs over the bed from the 3.15 m high ceiling.

In short: when moving in, you should bring your own mattress (for hygienic reasons), bedding and pillows, and definitely a vacuum cleaner, dishes, cutlery, and pots!

The kitchen is newly equipped with a new ceramic cooktop/built-in oven and a sink with a faucet! A dishwasher, a microwave, and an espresso machine are also provided. The single refrigerator in retro style even includes a freezer compartment!

You have your own gas heating unit in the boiler room, so please register with the energy provider (including for electricity) and pay for those services yourself. There is free parking available at Wall or at Schloss, and you can also rent a parking space very nearby.

The apartment is available immediately – unfortunately only for 1–2 people and without pets.
